Execution of agreement. We may need your personal data to comply with our contractual obligations. For example, we will need to process personal data to deliver goods you have purchased online.


Consent. We may process your information if you have given us permission (i.e., consent) to use your personal information for a specific purpose. You can withdraw your consent at any time.


Legitimate Interests. We process your data to our legitimate interests in a way which might reasonably be expected as part of running our business, and which does not materially impact your rights, freedom or interests. These legitimate interests include the following:

  1. Direct Marketing and Good Customer Service: : It is a legitimate of interest of our business to contact our customers for the purposes of direct marketing. Subject to their marketing choices, we send customers who have transacted with us personalised communications in relation to new products and ranges and offers by email and we do so on the basis of our legitimate interests. Again, subject to their marketing choices, we also send our customers personal communications in relation to new products, new ranges and offers by post on the basis of our legitimate interest. We use the data we have to offer you promotions and products that are likely to be relevant to you. You can, of course, decide not to receive any direct marketing from us. Section 8 provides details as to how you can opt out of direct marketing from us or change your marketing preferences.
  2. Surveys: From time to time, we may send you requests to take part in a customer survey to improve our products or your shopping experience. It is entirely optional as to whether you wish to take part in any such survey. These messages will not include any promotional content and do not require prior consent when sent by email or text message. We have a legitimate interest to do so as this helps make our products more relevant to you. Of course, where we ask you for personal data to improve your shopping experience, it is always your choice as to whether you give us that information.
  3. Process Orders: We will need to collect and process data in order to process any orders online. If we don’t collect your personal data during checkout, we won’t be able to process your order and comply with our legal obligations. We may share personal data with Business partners, suppliers, and sub-contractors for the performance of any contract we enter into with them or you. For example, your details will need to be passed to a third party to deliver product ordered online. If you are looking to pay by debit or with credit card in store or online we will need to process your payment card data in order to complete the transaction. We process card payments in accordance with the Payment Card Industry Data Security standards. Following a transaction, we may keep your details for a reasonable period afterwards in order to fulfil contractual obligations such as refunds.
  4. Refunds and Complaints: We have to process personal data in order to respond to your queries, refund requests and complaints. We may also keep a record of your queries, refund requests and complaints for the following purposes:
    • To inform our future communications with you;
    • To review whether there are any patterns regarding the complaints we receive, for example, quality issues with any particular products;
    • To be able to demonstrate how we dealt with your complaint; and
    • To consider how we can improve our services based on your experience.

In such circumstances we will process your personal data in accordance with our contractual and legal obligations with you and our legitimate interest to provide you with good customer service.


  1. Security: We have a legitimate interest to protect our customers, our business from criminal and illegal activity such as fraud and theft. Therefore, we may process personal data as follows as part of our legitimate business interest:
    • using your personal data to maintain, update and safeguard your online account.
    • Monitoring your browsing activity with us to identify and resolve any problems and protect the integrity of our websites. This will include checking passwords and using automated monitoring of IP addresses to identify possible fraudulent log-ins.
    • If we discover any potential criminal activity, we will use personal data (such as, transaction monitoring, etc.) to investigate the potential criminal activity and, where appropriate, pass the details of such potential criminal activity to the police and other relevant regulatory authorities. For fraud management, we may share information about fraudulent or potentially fraudulent activity in our systems with third parties such as law enforcement bodies and the relevant financial institutions.

We may also be required to disclose your personal data to the police or other enforcement, regulatory or Government body upon a valid request to do so. We assess such requests on a case-by-case basis whilst taking the privacy of our customers into consideration.


  1. Updates on Law and Our Policies: We may send you communications required by law, or which are necessary to inform you about changes to our business and/or issues regarding our products. For example, we may contact you by email, post, or text regarding updates to this Privacy Notice, product recall notices, and legally required information relating to your orders. These service messages will not include any promotional content and do not require prior consent. 5. IS YOUR INFORMATION TRANSFERRED INTERNATIONALLY?

As a company, the servers of our procurement service provider, Intercom, are located in the United States of America. If you are accessing our Services and Products from outside the United States of America, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed by us in our facilities and by third parties with whom we may share your personal information (see “WHEN AND WITH WHOM DO WE SHARE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?” section) and in other countries.
In addition, as a company based in Turkey, we transfer some of your data (name, surname, e-mail address, state, nationality, gender, phone number, birth date, marriage date, payment address, shipment address and password) to Turkey within the scope of our business partnership.
If you are a resident in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the United Kingdom (UK), then these countries may not necessarily have data protection laws or other similar laws as comprehensive as those in your country. However, we will take all necessary measures to protect your personal information in accordance with this privacy notice and applicable laws.


6. HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?


In Short: We keep your information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes outlined in this privacy notice unless otherwise required by law.
We will only keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy notice, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting, or other legal requirements). No purpose in this notice will require us keeping your personal information for longer than three (3) months past the termination of the user's account.
When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize such information, or, if this is not possible (for example, because your personal information has been stored in backup archives), then we will securely store your personal information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

However, please note that this will not affect the lawfulness of the processing before its withdrawal nor, will it affect the processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

You will then be removed from the marketing lists. Account Information

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. 10. CONTROLS FOR DO-NOT-TRACK FEATURES


Most web browsers and some mobile operating systems and mobile applications include a Do-Not-Track ('DNT') feature or setting you can activate to signal your privacy preference not to have data about your online browsing activities monitored and collected. At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognising and implementing DNT signals has been finalised. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.
