  Mainland UK, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Scottish Islands, and Wales.

• Shipping Fees

  • For Mainland England and Galler:

    • The delivery fee is £6.99 for orders up to £90.

    • Delivery is free for orders over £90.

  • For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man:

    • The delivery fee is £25 for orders up to £80.

    • The delivery fee is £15 for orders between £80 and £150.

    • Delivery is free for orders over £150.

• Order Tracking

  • When logged into your account, you can track your order via the My Orders page.

  • You will also receive an email notification from the courier once your order has been dispatched.

  • For a more convenient experience, you can also track your order status through our mobile app.

• If You Are Not at Home During Delivery

  • If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest branch of the courier service.

  • You may collect your parcel within 3 working days.

  • If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.

  • A new shipping fee will apply if you wish to have the order re-sent.

• Checking Your Parcel Upon Delivery

  • Before accepting the parcel, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage, such as tearing, crushing, or water exposure.

  • If you notice any such damage, do not accept the delivery.

  • Ask the delivery personnel to prepare a damage report and return the parcel.

  • This documentation will help to speed up the refund or exchange process.
