The Paye Collection blends 1000-year old Anatolian Seldjuk and Turkish patterns with contemporary touches to create a new concept in modern tableware products, envisaged and designed in close consultation with renowned Turkish culture and culinary writer, Ömür Akkor. He is a Turkish chef and author who has been researching Turkish cuisine for 25 years and who has contributed 140 recipes to international culinary literature. The items in the Paye Special Collection are all handmade by İbrahim Kuşlu who is a Master of Turkish Ceramic Tile Design.
