Shipping Fees
For Mainland England and Galler:
The delivery fee is £6.99 for orders up to £90.
Delivery is free for orders over £90.
For Northern Ireland, Channel Islands, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man:
The delivery fee is £25 for orders up to £80.
The delivery fee is £15 for orders between £80 and £150.
Delivery is free for orders over £150.

If You Are Not at Home During Delivery
If the courier is unable to deliver your parcel, it will be taken to the nearest branch of the courier service.
You may collect your parcel within 3 working days.
If the parcel is not collected within this time, it will be returned to us.
A new shipping fee will apply if you wish to have the order re-sent.
Checking Your Parcel Upon Delivery
Before accepting the parcel, please inspect the packaging for any signs of damage, such as tearing, crushing, or water exposure.
If you notice any such damage, do not accept the delivery.
Ask the delivery personnel to prepare a damage report and return the parcel.
This documentation will help to speed up the refund or exchange process.
